MIPIM: ‘Invest in Tuscany’ arrives at Cannes

«The main reason why we are located in Tuscany can be summed up in one word: expertise». But also because of the support on the part of the local authorities, which allows us to reduce our Research & Development costs, in effect increasing our company’s competitiveness and the eminent quality of our infrastructure. This according to Alberto Marinai, CEO of Continental Automotive Italy SpA, who was interviewed on the reasons that led the German company to establish themselves in the Tuscany region. It is on the basis of this observation, now shared by the 335 multinationals that are already present in the region, that Tuscany will take part in MIPIM in Cannes, the world’s leading international trade event for the non-residential real estate market, from the 12th to 15th March, in their search for new investors.
