The Municipality of San Gimignano, in agreement with Tuscany Region, has launched a public european tender to restore and enhance the former convent and prison of San Domenico.
Allowed destinations: touristic, museum, food and wine, exhibition rooms, congress areas, open-air theater.
Duration of the concession: 70 years
Covered area: 6000 sqm
Estimated cost of the project: 22.3 mil euro
Espiring date to submit applications: 11th January 2019
